About the Friends of the Library

The Friends are an active community group of approximately 300 residents and library patrons who show support for the San Juan Capistrano library by becoming members.

The Friends Bookstore is operated year-round by volunteers on site at the San Juan Capistrano library. Proceeds from used book sales and membership dues directly assist the library in maintaining and improving its high level of library services.
